Los Balcones is a one bedroom condo that overlooks the beach in Sosua, Dominican Republic. This condo boasts ocean views, a balcony, pool, gardens, beach access and is close to all amenities and nightlife. The full kitchen offers guests a fridge, dishwasher and stove. The living room has a TV, air conditioning and double doors that open onto the ocean-view balcony, complete with seating and outdoor fan. The bedroom has air condition, queen size bed, lots of storage and beautiful windows that look out onto the surrounding grounds. Outside, the building is surround by trees and features a pool and a ocean-side jacuzzi. A beach access winds down to the semi-private beach.

From Puerto Plata Airport turn left at the trafic light right after Sosua Texaco Gas Station on the left into Dr. Rozen, then left into Dr. Alejo Martinez and right into Calle Puntilla. Rates
| Prices are for the High Season from November 1st to April 30th: | $2,600 /Month USD* | $700 /Week USD* |
| Low Season from May 1st to October 31st: | $2,300 /Month USD* | $600 /Week USD* |
Deposit required of 25% of the fee upon booking, refundable up until 30 days before arrival. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. 50% return for cancelling within reason i.e.: medical (with proof) or due to Act of God.
Security deposit required of 25%, also refundable if no damage incurs
Utilities and Additional Costs
All utilities for weekly stay are included. For monthly, depending on the usage for air conditioning, utilities can be between $100 (with moderate a/c usage) to $500 (for continuous usage)
There is no cleaning service.
Internet at 1mb/sec is included. High-speed internet is extra.
