La Casita is located in the gated community of Escondido Bay (between Sea Horse Ranch and Sosua Ocean Village) and has 24 hour security with total privacy, yet minutes away from activities and amenities, including restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, casinos, a nearby children's water playground, horseback riding, Ocean World , and Cabarete which is known for its nightlife.

Rates
| Prices are for the High Season from November 1st to April 31st; | $800 /Month USD* | $300 /Week USD* |
| Prices for the Low Season from May 1st to October 31st: | $600 /Month USD* | $200 /Week USD* |
Deposit required of 25% of the fee upon booking, refundable up until 30 days before arrival. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. 50% return for cancelling within reason ie: medical (with proof) or due to Act of God.
A 25% security deposit is also required, and will be refunded if no damage has incurred.
Utilities are included.
Guests are expected to clean up after themselves, with a cleaning service arriving between visitors. For monthly guests, this may be negotiated for a more regular occurance.
